Thank you for supporting Ruby Mary Botanicals. We pack and ship every order with care to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly.
Processing Times
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it has been shipped with tracking details.
Please note: During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping within Australia
We ship all orders via Australia Post or Sendle, with tracking provided.

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (after dispatch)

Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (after dispatch)
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and carrier network delays.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. If you are outside Australia and would like to place an order, please contact hello@rubymarybotanicals.com and we’ll do our best to assist.
Delivery Issues
Once your parcel has been lodged with the carrier, Ruby Mary Botanicals is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
If your order is missing, please contact the carrier first with your tracking number. If you still need help, email us and we’ll assist where possible.
Shipping Costs
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
Orders over $150 AUD qualify for free standard shipping within Australia.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing checkout.
We cannot take responsibility for parcels delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email hello@rubymarybotanicals.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll happily arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Preorders & Custom Items
If your order includes a preorder or handmade item, please note the estimated dispatch timeframe on the product page.Your entire order will ship once all items are ready unless otherwise arranged.
