Ruby Mary Botanicals was born from a simple truth: women deserve more than coping.

More than rushing.

More than being told their pleasure is optional, indulgent, or inconvenient.

I created this brand because I have lived inside the space where women are expected to hold everything together while being given almost nothing that truly supports them — not their nervous systems, not their sensuality, not their transitions through perimenopause, motherhood, identity shifts, or the wild in-between years.

Ruby Mary Botanicals  is a reclamation.

A remembering.

A soft but powerful rebellion back to the body.

For years, I lived in the tension between burnout and resilience working, caregiving, surviving, doing what women are taught to do: push through.

Pleasure was something that belonged to a younger version of me, or a more spacious future version of me,  never the woman standing in the mirror right now.

Then something shifted.

I slowed down just enough to feel my own hands again.

And in that space,  that tiny pause,  I realised that pleasure is not a reward.

It’s a resource.

A biological, emotional, sensual tool for coming home to ourselves.
